Congratulations!!! I hope the board understands the ramifications of the vote, and commits to working with you and your vision for the future of the students.
Thank you! I surely hope they understand too that the people of this community are our bosses. We are hired and fired by them and they have an expectation that we will always work in the best interest of the children and the tax payers!!! I look forward to all of us doing great things!
Congratulations! What a win! Good luck in your new position, I know I’m not the only parent now breathing a sigh of relief with a child entering Deptford schools. Has there been any communication between you & Joe Wilson since the results came in? Just wondering whether or not you believe the tension caused by that incident will hinder any progress on the board now?

Thank you for the vote of confidence! I haven’t had any correspondence with Mr. Wilson. I did not run for a board seat to make friends. Rather, I want to help facilitate a move in the right direction for our school district. Being an adult and a professional I will have no problem assuming my position in January and doing the best job I can for this wonderful community. I am very much looking forward to getting started :)
